Delivery and Returns

Orders are shipped by Courier Service and a signature may be required. Orders are usually processed same day if received before 4pm and you should expect delivery within 24-48 hours in the UK. Other destinations will take longer.

POSTAGE COSTS

UK Orders - £5, FREE ON ORDERS £100 +

EU Orders - £10

USA & Rest of World - £15

*These are standard charges-we may have to charge more for heavy or bulky items, subject to courier shipping rates.

If you have a safe place to leave your parcel then please advise on your order.

***DO NOT change your delivery address after your order is posted as it will void our contract with you and we cannot be held responsible in case of loss or delay.*** (This is to protect you and us from fraud).

Please note: There is no longer a low value allowance on goods sent to EU countries, ALL parcels shipped to EU countries will incur local taxes, duties and fees which will be payable to the courier before receipt of your goods. We apologise for any frustration or inconvenience this may cause but it is completely out of our control.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via our checkout - simply pay using your credit or debit card. If you have a PayPal account then you may also pay using your PayPal account balance if you wish. All payments are encrypted, we do not see, store or have access to your card details. We store your name and address for order processing purposes and never pass your details to anyone else. So your information is safe with us.

*PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM*

We aim to process returns as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us (unworn/ unused) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage costs and any Customs costs where applicable). Please note that watches and items of a personal nature may not be returnable.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn, zips zipped, buttons buttoned and folded neatly exactly as you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • As you received it, so that we can re-sell it as new to another customer.

We are currently unable to offer free returns but we are working to change this as soon as possible. Please add a note to your order/invoice/delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid, minus our original postage costs and any Customs costs incurred, will go back onto your original payment card within 7 days. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product code and size/colour required. Please note that any exchange must be for at least the same price as the returned item. If the item is more expensive then we will send you a PayPal invoice for the extra amount.

*If returning from outside the UK then please mark clearly RETURN, otherwise Customs may try to impose fees.*

We do not charge postage for any UK exchange items being sent out to you, so it is better to exchange rather than refund. If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering note with your name and order number and the reason for return as above.

Please take your parcel to the Post Office (or courier of your choice) and request the Signed For/Tracked delivery service if in the UK or the Tracked & Signed if outside the UK, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the standard insured value – this will ensure that you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post, so please keep your receipt and tracking code as proof of postage.

*IMPORTANT - Please note that goods must be returned in 'merchantable condition'-in other words as new, so that they can be re-sold as new. Any items returned in poor condition or not carefully packed in the original packaging will be returned without refund or exchange, or else charged a re-stocking charge for steaming and pressing.

Stock is stored at a separate secure location so returns or enquiries must be online only.

XMAS RETURNS

The same terms apply but the return date is extended to 14 days after Xmas (ie 7th January) for the return/exchange of items purchased after 25th November as Xmas presents.
